Seller certifies that the bulldog puppies are of sound health at the time of sale.  Buyer is advised to have the bulldog examined by a licensed vet of their choice, within 48 hours (2 days) from the time that possession of the puppy is taken.  Buyer, if so recommended by the licensed veterinarian, may return the dog for a  credit toward  another puppy when available.  Buyer MUST provide vet opinion in writing in the event of return of the puppy.  Seller is not responsible for the health of the puppy after 48 hours.  Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees.

Seller does not guarantee that male puppy will have 2 normally descended testicles.  Seller does not guarantee the fertility of the female puppy at time of maturity.

Seller does not guarantee against cherry eyes as this is very common to the breed and can be surgically corrected .

Seller does not guarantee against Entropian as this is also correctable and common to the breed.

If buyer makes a deposit, and does not take the puppy on the agreed date the deposit will be forfeited.
